Logistics Department
Once you have a customer that sent in the order for service, you will forward the order to the logistics dept. This dept. handles all aspects of the order and ensures that the customer receives the best service. At times the logistics dept. will ask you for additional information that you customer might provide at a later date. The logistics dept. will email the customer a confirmation for the order basically acknowledging the order and ensuring the information is accurate. If the customer should contact you with logistics questions such as:
-When will you pick up my goods exactly? -When are my goods leaving? -Who is the agent that will handle my goods at the destination? -When will I have my final invoice?
Feel free to ask the logistics dept. via email for a quick response. The logistics dept. generally does its best to provide the customer with all the information they need to avoid having ask you questions.
Cashier Department
Once you have a customer that sent in the order for service, you will forward the order to the cashier dept. as well. The cashier dept. is responsible to collect and confirm the receipt of funds. Cashier dept. issues final invoices as well. Any payment, credit, or refunds can be directed to the cashier dept.
Insurance Department
All service contracts do NOT include insurance; most customers would like to purchase insurance.
The two types of insurance are:
Total loss / Limited cover: This covers goods that are not professionally packed and used vehicles. The cost is anywhere from 1.5% to 2.5% of value.
Full coverage / All risk: This covers for damages on goods that were professionally packed and new vehicles. The cost is anywhere from 3% to 4% of value.
You will email the insurance forms to customers and they will need to fill in the forms, sign and fax it over to the insurance dept.
In the event of a claim, customer will be provided with the insurance policy where all the information will be available for a claims process. Our claims dept. will process the customer’s request.
