This dept. is our most important department. Along side quality control (below).
This dept. is responsible for making sure every customer receives the best customer experience in the industry. Every concern, complaint, compliment and issue will be directed to the customer service dept. There sole responsibility is resolving any issues and ensures the customer is receiving a satisfactory resolution. At times the customer service will contact you to obtain information to help resolve any dispute from customers. This dept. will also obtain customer satisfaction letters / emails and referrals.
Quality Control Department
This dept. is responsible to ensure all employees in every dept. are: -Providing correct information to customers -Providing fine customer service -No delays -Not promising anything you’re not supposed too -Healthy work ethics -Earning the most to your ability -Utilizing every tool at your disposal -Additional training -Making sure all depts. are working harmoniously -Making sure each person is meeting his/her quota -Respecting: EMPLOYEE BILL OF RIGHTS Based On The UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS Adopted on December 10, 1948 by the General Assembly of the United Nations
