Closing the Deal
ABC = always be closing. Once you build your circulation, which will take you about 2-4 weeks, you start to have hot leads, this are leads that customers are very interested. You need to close them, call them. You should always have about 7-10 deals ready to close at any given moment. Follow up with them and get the order. Don’t loose the any deal due to lack of calling back, follow through or addressing customer concerns.
Your Goals (Daily - Weekly – Monthly)
Your offices may be set up into teams. Each team has its manager that is responsible for its entire team. Each team has a monthly over goal. Office competition is encouraged and monthly bonuses will be given out. The only way to reach point B from point A is to set goals.
This is #’s business, the more you respond to customers, the more you speak to customers the more you will reserve. The more you reserve the more you will earn.
