The first step a customer will take is going on line and searching for an international shipping company to provide a quote for the services they need.
Most customers to not know the process, its your responsibility to walk them through the process.
The customer will arrive to a few sights that they feel are worth requesting a rate, the rate will arrive to the company like ourselves and it will request a rate for services.
Customer will supply the pick up information and the destination information and the approximate volume.
Generally the customer will start to receive emails and calls from the companies they contacted. The customer is receiving a few offers and different options of services that we will cover in the coming pages.
The customer must make a decision on whom to sign on with, the determining factors are:
-Rates -Company profile -Customer service -Your knowledge and ability to navigate the customer -Customer referrals -Ability to close the deal
Keep in mind that the customers need your services, your not cold calling or trying to sell an item, the customer needs direction, guidance and enough comfort level to sign on with you.
