Get to know what you may not say to your customers, and what you should say when offering the service of your company.
Courtesy Issues

Every industry has it share of competition, international shipping is no exception. The internet is full of international shipping companies. Customer shop around and compare. You will notice that price is not the most important factor, although we are very competitive. Customer service is far more important. The customer can easily identify who he/she feels comfortable with.

You need to welcome the competition, even if they talk negatively about your company.

You should never talk negatively about any company. Customers do not appreciate this whatsoever.

What not to say

This topic is very simple: Do not use vulgar language with any customer.

Treat each customer with the utmost respect, even if your sure they will not be a customer.

This person can create havoc for you, just part in a friendly manner. Don’t get abrupt or rude. This is not for you to do.

Do not promise anything that we can’t or will not do. If unsure, just ask your manager or call the hotline.

What you can say

Being polite, smiling when talking to your customers. Promising only things you know and confirmed are accurate. You can acquire many customers if you speak about things other then the shipping service, (small talking). Becoming there friend, letting them feel they are not alone in this. International shipping is a very stressful experience for some, you need to put them at ease. Let them know this, tell them we ship to there destination all the time and they have nothing to worry about, be sincere, customer pick up on you sincerity.
